For an additional charge of CA$25
(tax included) at the time of enrollment/renewal a personalized authorization letter
will be sent to you by e-mail today, allowing you to take advantage of our Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges
upon presentation of this letter and your boarding pass on a confirmed departing
Air Canada or Star Alliance Carrier flight. Not applicable at any other
lounges associated with the membership.

If your Air Canada Maple Leaf Club membership card has been
lost, misplaced or stolen, please call our Service Centre toll-free at 1-866-556-9504
between the hours of 9:00 and 16:00 EST. A replacement fee of CA$25 will apply.
Please allow approximately 30 days for delivery of the Maple Leaf Club
card.
